How It Works
The Consultation
It starts with filling out the contact form at the bottom of the page.
We follow up with an e-mail or quick phone call to gather more information and to schedule your consultation.
We present our findings at the consultation (which can either be a 20 minute virtual meeting, phone call, or a summarized list of our findings sent to you via e-mail), as well as a chance for you to ask any necessary questions. If both parties determine a good fit, then we send over the necessary agreements to begin service.
The Service
As a remote bookkeeping firm, we send and receive all documents online.
For better efficiency, we also maintain communication through e-mail as much as possible.
We work with transaction data we receive from your QuickBooks bank feed. Each month, you will receive a copy of your financial statements (Profit & Loss, as well as a Balance Sheet).
As an added bonus, we also send a ‘Business Health Snapshot’, which is a statistical summary of your business’s performance.
Bookkeeping fees are due on the first of each month.

Q: I don't currently use QuickBooks, is there still a way I can reach out for bookkeeping help?
A: Yes! We can assist with migrating your business records over to QuickBooks.

A: We charge monthly bookkeeping and payroll based on a flat fee.
Rates are determined by reviewing your business data before the consultation.
Other services (new process setup & book cleanups) are quoted based on an hourly rate estimate.

A: We plan to shortly. In the meantime, we continue providing high-quality bookkeeping
services at a competitive price for our customers. We would be happy to coordinate with

Sunrow Bookkeeping is a remote bookkeeping service provider based out of Tampa, FL. The co-founders, Eric & David, share a philosophy around helping business owners navigate the complexities of a business’s finances. The Team
Eric K, MBA
Eric holds a Masters Degree in Accounting from Amherst University, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!).
Additionally, he is a QuickBooks Pro certified specialist. With almost a decade of experience working in the accounting departments of local companies, Eric is now providing private bookkeeping and payroll services to businesses.
David M
David does bookkeeping and handles the office management at Sunrow Bookkeeping. Previously a skilled tradesman, he brings his diverse span of knowledge to the organization. He also has administrative & small business bookkeeping experience.
Using the skills he previously gained from working with building management software and direct digital control systems, he runs all the IT functions of the business. This includes the development & maintenance of the website.
